A game for Shopify brands, by Peel, part of Relay Commerce

Visitors arrive at the gate and buyers walk to your HQ. Subscribers build the neighbourhoods up, from houses to towers. Your sales grow the bank beside the HQ, and your average order sizes the square in front of it.

The town opens up as you play: new buildings and widgets appear as it grows.

Free. Look around without an account. Start a Peel trial to swap simulated orders for your own.

Demo town: Cosmic Pinecone Skincare, a fictional brand. Everything in it is simulated, its homes, bank and square too.

Watch it play

Recorded from the game itself. It plays muted with captions; sound is one click. Orders, customers and tool effects are simulated.

Five lenses, one town

Each part of the town is one part of your business. Flip through them.

Rented traffic

Paid search visitors ride buses down the ad highway. Organic visitors walk in. When the buses outnumber the walkers, you are renting the town.

Cool, and practical

Seven stats graded A to F against stores your size in your category. The weakest gets three steps for this week, from your own figures, and the app that does it.

Benchmarks are simulated for now, and say so.

Send the reorder reminder on day 63

  1. Your customers wait 66 days (median) for their 2nd order.
  2. Send the reminder on day 63, a few days before they run out.
  3. Put a one-tap reorder of their last order in it.

The BFCM boss

Black Friday brings the buyers. The boss is beaten in the 60 days after, when they come back for a second order. The fight runs to January 26.

Expected hits and the weekly line are simulated, and say so.

Relay tools are the weapons

Each weapon card shows the hits the simulation expects from that tool on your own BFCM buyers. Every week a line says whether you are on track, or short and by how many.

Relay tools stand in town as buildings

Each one does a single job you can watch in the city. None is needed to play. Their effects in the game are simulated, never measured results.

Better together

Ecommerce runs on brands helping each other. Invite a brand by its domain: accepting draws a bridge between your towns, and allies form a clan.

Only a store's owner, verified by an email on its domain or a Peel install, invites or accepts for it. An ally sees your town as a guest does: public data and labelled simulation, never your own figures.

For agencies

Make it real

Your town starts from public data, with orders and retention simulated and labelled. Start with Peel and the town switches to your own figures after Peel's first sync, usually within a day.

Apps, traffic, search, ads, reviews and site speed are real public data; Store Leads and Ahrefs figures are estimates. Orders and retention are simulated until the store runs Peel, and labelled that way. Design partners' members see their own store's real monthly figures from Relay's products instead.
